Felicité is located along the Great River Road (Highway 18) in Vacherie, Louisiana.  It is among a very important three mile row of plantations which include Oak Alley, St. Joseph and Laura, all of which are established tourist destinations.

Major structural renovations have been completed with final improvements for long or short term lease in accordance with the needs of tenant for historic tour business  or residence. All other repairs can be completed by Lessor.
